Come home to yourself.
The journey begins here.

Welcome.

You may be feeling anxious, depressed, or caught in a loop of negative thinking you can't seem to break. Perhaps grief has settled in and isn't lifting. Maybe a major life change — a divorce, a retirement, a loss, a career that no longer fits — has left you feeling unmoored. Or you're carrying the weight of caring for an aging parent while trying to hold the rest of your life together.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore what you're experiencing, better understand yourself and your situation, and learn practical tools that can help you move forward. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to you — not a formula, but a real conversation about your life and what you want it to look like.

I offer therapy via secure video to adults throughout Oregon. I hope you'll reach out. I would love to work with you.

Psychologist • Life Coach • Writer

I'm a licensed psychologist, life coach, and writer with over four decades of experience helping adults navigate change, loss, and reconnect with meaning and purpose. I work with people facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, caregiver stress, workplace difficulties, and the quieter struggles that don't always have a name, the feeling that something needs to shift, even when nothing has gone obviously wrong.

After years of practice in Maine and Colorado, I now live and work in Central Oregon, where I offer therapy and life coaching to adults and older adolescents throughout the state. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and focused on helping clients feel more centered, present, and aligned in their lives. My work integrates traditional psychology with mindfulness-based and intuitive approaches — always tailored to what you actually need.

A Note on My Approach

Good therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. My work draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and somatic awareness — but more than any specific method, what guides me is careful attention to you: your history, your patterns, your strengths, and what you actually need.

Over more than forty years of practice, I've found that the most lasting change happens when people feel truly heard and when the tools they learn are ones they can carry with them long after therapy ends.

Services

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to life transitions, workplace issues and beyond.

In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth you are striving for.
